Ready When You Are

Deciding to begin therapy is already an active choice in the direction of where you want your life to go, and finding the right “fit” is critical to making meaningful change. Therapy should be active, taking advantage of the time both in-session and between sessions. By working together in-session to practice strategies and identify ineffective patterns, you will be encouraged and supported to take those strategies out into your life and try them in the relationships and situations where you need them most.
